Shiftboard had a complex problem with their shift scheduling platform. It’s an extremely robust and customizable tool that is compatible for managing a team of 10, to multiple teams of 200+ each.
Utilizing Shiftboard’s own in-house engineering team, I led and supported a complete redesign of the product experience by creating a mobile-first website, applying and evolving UX design standards, and designing native apps for Android and iOS.
